His experience spans design and build, landlord redevelopment, flexible workspace strategy and major occupier projects, collaborating with asset managers, global corporates and developers. Over the years he has developed a reputation for building strong relationships, navigating complex stakeholder groups and driving early-stage business development with clarity and pace.
Based in Southend-on-Sea, Cameron splits his time between the coast, the city and the British countryside, where he nurtures a long-standing love of field sports and rural heritage. Outside of work he’s usually travelling, indulging an insatiable appetite for history or spending time with his Indonesian wife, whose culture and family ties frequently pull him into new adventures he pretends not to enjoy quite as much as he actually does.
