Gemco were able to deliver a 40,000 sq ft project within a 16-week programme – not only over the Christmas period, but during the COVID-19 pandemic, which was no easy task. Winning our project on programme and deliverables they provided us with the UPS /Comms room capability for our trading floor, as well as a functional and welcoming design. Balancing project requirements with government restrictions, whilst managing deliveries to a multi tenanted building – they kept the project moving and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Issues that were not covered in the original brief were identified as the project progressed and these were raised and we were able to consider these and then add them to the specification as we developed. This meant that we got the best finish possible.
