Crafted to support Beltane Global and Angelo Gordon’s Notting Hill Place development, this space serves as an immersive marketing suite – an environment designed to articulate the building’s future floors, refined finishes, and investment potential.

The concept was shaped to offer a first glimpse into the elevated aesthetic the development promises, creating an inviting setting for prospective tenants and investors. Set within a characterful historic shopfront, the suite features bespoke joinery that frames a generous AV wall and an elegant drinks area. Paired with custom furniture and bold material choices, the space establishes its own distinct identity while remaining highly functional for a diverse flow of visitors.

To provide privacy for the appointment-only suite, sheer curtains were introduced—soft veils that preserve natural light yet shield the interior from the bustling street outside. The original solid wood floors were revived with a fresh sand and refinish, while the existing fireplace was thoughtfully styled to seamlessly integrate into the new environment.
