Scott Ward-Reece
Scott Ward-Reece is a commercial property specialist with a proven track record across agency, investment, and development. He began his career at Stirling Ackroyd in office agency, representing both tenants and landlords, before moving into occupational and investment agency at Strettons, where he went on to head the department.
During this time, Scott advised high-net-worth individuals and institutional funds on the acquisition and disposal of income-producing commercial assets, building a reputation for delivering strategic, value-driven transactions.
He later joined E&A Group, one of London’s largest family offices, as Head of Acquisitions. In this role, he led the sourcing and execution of investment opportunities, while also playing a key role in asset management and value-add development initiatives.
Following the Covid-19 pandemic, Scott transitioned into the design and build sector, leveraging his extensive industry network and deep market expertise to deliver tailored, end-to-end property solutions.
