Within a newly completed shell and core building, the team were tasked to build 3 chosen floors to a CAT A standard. This included designing lighting layouts for linear strips, laying raised access flooring, installing an underfloor heating, cooling and ventilation system and encompassing existing damaged columns. The spaces have been created with future tenants in mind, presenting a blank palette and clean aesthetic. Tying the exposed services within the ceiling to the rest of the space, a warm off-white tone was chosen, to blend it all together. The floors with wrap around terraces create a further wow factor to take in the view over Marylebone. Developer: Beltane
