Gemco were asked by The Crown Estate, our returning client to bring this 18th Century Townhouse back to its former glory. Having laid dormant for a number of years, transforming this Grade II listed townhouse in the heart of the West End had a number of challenges. Reviving the original feature cornice detail and enhancing the traditional look and feel has led to a stunning refurb which is now home to a high-end art gallery.
