A grade II listed building, a lot of care and attention was needed to ensure the original characteristics of the building were celebrated and worked alongside. Listed building consent was managed carefully by Gemco, adhering to many regulations. Graphics elements were carefully constructed with the client to make sure the culture of the company was captured. GEMCO’s attention to detail and creative space planning decisions ensured that the new office was a comfortable and easy transition for the client.
