Isaiah Manney
Isaiah brings a commercial mindset and a solid legal grounding to every project. After graduating with a degree in Law, he began his career as a paralegal in private practice, then moved into risk at Aldermore Bank, before joining Mercedes in an in-house legal role, where he combined legal and commercial thinking in a fast-moving corporate environment.
As Head of Legal and Commercial Risk at Gemco, Isaiah oversees contract review, procurement, retention and debt recovery, protecting projects commercially from tender through to final account. He takes a clear, practical approach to contracts, so that clients and supply chain partners know where they stand.
