Gemco were asked to modernise 3 floors of office space and some common areas in a building next to Fulham Broadway Station. While trying to maximise the reuse and upcycling of existing M&E systems, we updated strategic elements to ensure the building was fit for purpose day one, and in the future. We installed a couple of high finish meeting rooms, hard wearing flooring, and inviting tea points to indicate to occupants what their future office could look like while maintaining flexibility for any prospective tenants. All of this led to a sleek, flexible office that works for any business.
