Within a newly completed shell and core building, the Gemco team were tasked to build 3 chosen floors to a CAT A standard. The overall design and build included designing custom lighting, laying new raised access flooring, installing an underfloor ventilation system and encompassing existing damaged columns.
On the higher floors which have been finished to a CAT A standard, a clean and uncluttered finish has been provided to showcase the space, with wrap around terraces, they create a further wow factor taking in the view over Marylebone.
These floors have been built to create a n open space for incoming perspective tenants to view the floors, helping to also understand finished ceiling heights and overall floorplate.
