Gemco was appointed to complete the fitout of a tenant-ready space on the ground floor of Chancery Exchange. The scope included the delivery of a versatile and modern working environment comprising:

• Meeting rooms located within the listed areas of the building
• Private phone booths with plasterboard ceilings and feature pendant lighting
• Collaboration zones
• A single-person office
• An open-plan office area
• A tea point with adjoining breakout space

The existing ceiling and lighting were retained throughout the majority of the space to preserve the character and integrity of the building, with the exception of the phone booths, where new ceilings and bespoke lighting were installed to enhance acoustic performance and user comfort.

The overall aesthetic offers a neutral but inviting environment, providing future tenants with the opportunity to personalise the space to their taste and brand.
