As an extension of the 9th and 10th floors, LMR Partners are expanding onto the 2nd floor with further workspace and meeting rooms. Throughout the finishes are high end and top quality, including bespoke black oak timber slatting, velvet banquette, and custom kitchen. A mixture of meeting rooms have been designed into the scheme, allowing for internal zoom discussions and face to face traditional meetings.

Custom built adjustable desks run along the window runs of the building, giving each user full flexibility to work with their own preferred set-up. To help break up the large desk runs, planters have been positioned to not only help with the visual aesthetic but also the acoustics.

Finishes throughout are a continuation from the upper floors, ensuring continuity for the LMR Brand. Finer details have also been included from the hand laid European Oak chevron flooring, to the locker and storage runs.
